Limited Warranty Coverage

All Luzzin jewelry comes with a 6-month limited warranty starting from the delivery date.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural issues (e.g., faulty clasps or links)

  • Missing stones upon arrival

  • Craftsmanship or soldering defects

If a defect covered by our warranty occurs within 6 months and is not caused by misuse, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tarnishing or discoloration due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or sweat

  • Scratches, dents, bending, or other signs of regular use

  • Lost items or missing components

  • Damage caused by improper handling, accidental breakage, or pulling

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Broken chains or clasps caused by force or snagging

  • Improper storage or cleaning techniques

Note: 925 sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, which is normal and not considered a manufacturing defect.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item qualifies for warranty service, please contact us at:

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and reply within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace it with the same or a comparable model

If the item is discontinued or unavailable, store credit may be issued.


Warranty Shipping Terms

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us for inspection.

  • If the warranty claim is approved, Luzzin will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replacement item back to you.

  • If the claim is denied, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


Repairs Outside Warranty

If your jewelry is damaged but not covered under the limited warranty, we may still offer a paid repair service, depending on the item and severity of the damage.
