Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Free from customer-caused damage

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn jewelry

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Items showing visible signs of wear, damage, or alterations


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact info@luzzin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Clear photos of the item (required for damaged or defective products)

After your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (wrong size, changed mind, etc.).

  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Luzzin will cover return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos and your order information so our team can assist promptly.

We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on availability.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Refunds may be denied if the item shows signs of wear or does not meet return criteria.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is processed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Used or visibly worn items
